Amanda at Christmas

So I’ve moved back to Knoxville and settled in with the new job and culture shock of having friends nearby. I’ve broken and repaired my go-to lens. Now it’s time to settle in to new photo software and editing devices and get back to what I love doing. While I was tinkering in Lightroom 3 tonight, I edited this little gem of Amanda. She’s so cool in her Ray-Bans and I loved the vintage look of this preset. It’ll take a little time to figure it all out, but I’m excited to learn it all. Hope to post more very, very soon.

Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas to you all! I hope that your holidays are full of happiness and goodwill. As you have probably seen, I haven’t been on the ball with my 365 project. I’ve missed most of the month of December and for that I’m truly sorry. However, It was not without good cause! Life was flipped upside down around Thanksgiving and we’re ready to let the cat out of the bag. NO, we are not with child… WE’RE MOVING BACK TO TENNESSEE!!! I have accepted a position with a company in Knoxville starting January 2, 2012. So life has been a series of organizing, packing, cleaning, fixing, cleaning, packing, oh, and organizing for the last month as we prepare to move to Knoxville and put our house on the market in Spartanburg. Roz and I are both extremely excited to get closer to family and friends. I promise to finish the project after we get moved. I’m already working on some ideas…

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

Projects slowing me down.

I had a HUGE week last week.  I got to shoot the sidelines of the UT vs. Vanderbilt game. (What a game!) I also had the pleasure of taking 6 month old pictures for the Ullom Family.  On top of all that, I got to work on some light painting ideas I’ve had bouncing around in my head for a while. Big thanks to Chris Echols for the help.

I’ll break the post into a couple. Without further ado:
