I took some photos of a memorial ceremony for General Morgan (the statue from a few days back) today. The ceremony was celebrating the 230th anniversary of the Battle of Cowpens during the Revolutionary War. It was interesting to watch and shoot. However, I realized when looking at the shots later, that I need some education on photographing people. I’m sure it had a little to do with my nervousness approaching strangers to photograph them. Hopefully in the future I’ll get some better shots at events like this.
In the meantime, I took a walk around downtown and got a few shots I like.
